Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Samara-Raine has been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist since graduating from the Aveda Institute Denver and passing her MBLEx exam in 2018. She sought a career where she could help people feel better inside and out, which led to her dual licensure of Esthetics and Massage. Her professional mantra is, “Massage is like a good book. It helps you escape reality, even if only for a short while.”

Her massage style is mindful and balances relaxation with tension relief by "listening" to the skin and muscles, following through with the appropriate pressure and techniques for each area, all while maintaining a consistent flow. This allows the parasympathetic nervous system to enter its state of rest and digest while the muscular system returns to a low-tension state. She is well versed in Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Hot Stone, Swedish, Relaxation, and Prenatal techniques, is certified in Reiki I & II, and Oncology massage.
