Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

I graduated from Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness in 2020 and am also certified in reiki and craniosacral therapies. I am a believer in the holistic properties of massage and the power of healing through touch. I specialize in relaxation massage with therapeutic elements to target problem areas, with the unique skill set to help you relax and provide much needed pain relief. I would love to broaden my knowledge of energy healing, to invite a more positive and rejuvenating presence into a session. I pride myself in helping clients find healing physically, mentally, and emotionally in a comfortable and welcoming space.

Other areas I work in include prenatal massage, cupping, and hot stone therapy. I am also continuing to grow my knowledge of energy healing with the goal of creating an ever more positive and rejuvenating experience during our sessions. My mission is to support clients in finding physical, mental, and emotional healing within a comfortable and welcoming environment.
