Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Victoria has been a practicing Massage Therapist since graduating from Salt Lake City’s Healing Mountain Massage school in 2018. Prior to massage therapy, Victoria earned a BFA in Interior Architecture and worked as a designer. During this time she began practicing yoga and became highly aware of the benefits it had on her own well-being. Wanting to understand the shift and healing that was unraveling, she pursued her 200 hour yoga teaching certificate from Yama Yoga. She now uses the mindfulness cultivated in her bodywork sessions.

Her massage style is slow and detailed; ensuring that the nervous system and muscle tissues are responding to her touch. Depending on the client‘s concerns, a session with Victoria may include the following techniques: Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Swedish Massage, Cupping and/or Reiki.

She looks forward to working with you towards cultivating freedom and ease in your body.
